Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. Sign up with just your email. You'll only need a card when you're ready to subscribe after the 14 days.
What happens when my trial ends?
You'll be prompted to choose a plan. Your data is retained for 14 days after the trial ends, giving you time to decide.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing period. Managed through Stripe's secure portal.
Is my video footage secure?
All videos are stored in private Azure Blob Storage. They're never publicly accessible — each play request generates a short-lived signed URL.
How many workstations can I connect?
As many as you need — pricing is per workstation. Choose how many to purchase when you subscribe, and add or remove more any time from Workstation Management. Each workstation is identified by a unique Workstation ID you configure in the scanner app.
