PackVision provides a REST API that allows your WMS, OMS or ERP system to integrate directly — without any manual data entry. The most common integration patterns are:
Order upload (push)
Your WMS pushes order headers and lines to PackVision via API when orders are released to fulfilment. PackVision stores the expected items ready for validation at the pack station.
Pack result retrieval (pull)
After packing, your system pulls the pack status and barcode log from PackVision — confirming what was actually packed vs what was expected.
Barcode lookup
Query the PackVision API for any barcode to retrieve the sessions it appeared in — useful for building order tracking and traceability features.
Authentication
API access uses API keys managed from the PackVision portal. Keys are company-scoped and can be created or revoked at any time. API key access is available on Standard and Pro plans.
No integration required to get started
You don't need to integrate with the API to use PackVision. Orders can be uploaded via CSV and packing evidence is always available via the portal. The API is available when you're ready to automate the flow.
