PackVision retains packing video footage for between 30 and 365 days, depending on your plan. The retention period is designed to cover typical dispute and compliance windows for fulfilment operations.

Footage is automatically deleted at the end of the retention period. If you need footage to be retained for longer — for example for an active legal dispute — contact support before the retention window expires.
Barcode scan logs (without video) are retained indefinitely on all plans, so you always have a record of what was scanned — even after the video has expired.
