How do I find the packing video for a specific order or customer?
Finding footage for a specific order is one of the most important capabilities in PackVision — and it's designed to be fast. There are several ways to search:
Search by barcode
Enter any barcode value in the Barcode Search. PackVision returns every session where that barcode was scanned — across all workstations and dates. Click any result to view the session and jump to the barcode timestamp.
Search by order number
If you've linked sessions to orders using the order validation feature, search by order number to find the specific session linked to that order.
Browse by workstation and date
Filter sessions by workstation, date range or operator to narrow down the session you need.
Search by customer reference
If the customer's order number or reference was scanned as a barcode during packing, search for it directly in the Barcode Search.
